“Won’t recommend. Paul did not complete the job he committed to and went missing. He started the job without signing a contract. Did 1/3rds of the job and went missing as soon as I paid him for jobs completed. This delayed our kitchen completion work with Zesta Kitchens. Also, we had to run pillar to post to organise trades for all the jobs Paul committed to do but didn’t complete. In the process, we ended up paying more for trades than what was initially quoted by zesta kitchens. ”

“We employed David Haynes to do our ensuite.
Not only were there significant issues with the quality of workmanship, rough/chipped tiling, non square walls, poor plastering, underfloor heating incorrectly laid, door jams narrower than walls, wrong tile adhesive in shower tray resulting in moving tiles. “Fergus Holt from Holt Developments has done many jobs for us over the last few years, two being quite major. We had extensive white ant damage to the rear of our weatherboard house. The boards were an old size but Fergus was able to source them and do a great job with all the repairs. He also did an extension to make our garage into a grannie flat, adding a kitchen and bathroom. Both jobs were done in a very professional way. We can strongly recommend him to do excellent work.”
